Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our craft beer and food products, all sales are final; however, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our merchandise and apparel.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Ensure your merchandise is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that beverages and food items cannot be returned.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the items you wish to return and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure efficient processing at our brewery.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our Ocean Township facility. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund or ship your exchange item.
